Merstone wines are crafted in Bedfordshire using grapes grown primarily at Hungerhill Vineyard, alongside carefully selected fruit from local vineyards for varieties not grown on site. Produced in small batches, each wine develops its own unique character, expressing both the individuality of the vintage and the evolving potential of the UK terroir.
As a small family-run vineyard, we are deeply committed to quality in our soil, grapes, and winemaking, creating distinctive still and traditional method sparkling wines with passion, care, and dedication each year.
